Responsibilities

  • Contribute to strategic practice areas like event strategy, content strategy, and messaging architecture.
  • Develop familiarity with university partners, competitive landscapes, and student audiences.
  • Serve as a consistent second voice in partner relationships and strategy discovery.
  • Design and map cross-channel lifecycle communications including email, text, and chat.
  • Oversee journey mapping to capture stakeholder perspectives and student expectations.
  • Translate journey insights into actionable briefs for implementation teams.
  • Report on strategy performance and use data to identify gaps and recommendations.
  • Facilitate strategy sessions and workshops with partner stakeholders.
