Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, brand, or content strategy.
- Demonstrated ability to work across multiple practice areas.
- Working understanding of cross-channel lifecycle communications.
- Experience contributing to partner-facing strategy sessions or discovery.
- Ability to work in a matrixed environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- English fluency.
- Must reside in the continental US.
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet workspace.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to strategic practice areas like event strategy, content strategy, and messaging architecture.
- Develop familiarity with university partners, competitive landscapes, and student audiences.
- Serve as a consistent second voice in partner relationships and strategy discovery.
- Design and map cross-channel lifecycle communications including email, text, and chat.
- Oversee journey mapping to capture stakeholder perspectives and student expectations.
- Translate journey insights into actionable briefs for implementation teams.
- Report on strategy performance and use data to identify gaps and recommendations.
- Facilitate strategy sessions and workshops with partner stakeholders.
