Requirements
- 10+ years in executive GTM management in payments businesses.
- Deep experience with merchant acquirer and ISO distribution channels.
- Expertise in high-velocity, low ACV GTM motion for SMBs.
- Proven track record at private/growth equity-backed technology companies.
- Demonstrated P&L ownership and revenue growth achievement.
- Experience managing and scaling teams of 10 or more.
- Familiarity with RevOps tooling and CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Experience evaluating and entering new markets or distribution channels.
- Background in pricing strategy and monetization optimization.
- Bachelor's degree required.
Responsibilities
- Own and grow the core ISO and merchant acquirer channel.
- Scale SwipeSimple Connect direct-to-merchant sales channel.
- Lead marketing, including demand generation and performance marketing.
- Drive upsell/cross-sell through the app marketplace.
- Evaluate and pursue new market opportunities and strategic partnerships.
- Own the revenue P&L and drive pricing strategy.
- Build and lead a RevOps function.
- Lead, develop, and grow a team of approximately 15 professionals.
