Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce consulting or implementation roles.
- Strong expertise in Revenue Cloud, CPQ, or related Quote-to-Cash solutions.
- Hands-on experience configuring Salesforce solutions throughout the full delivery lifecycle (design, build, testing, deployment).
- Strong understanding of revenue operations processes (pricing, quoting, invoicing, order management).
- Experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into technical specifications.
- Ability to engage technical teams and senior business stakeholders effectively.
- Strong analytical mindset and troubleshooting skills for complex workflows.
- Salesforce Revenue Cloud Consultant, CPQ Specialist, or Platform App Builder certifications preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead requirements-gathering sessions with business stakeholders and translate them into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and solution specifications.
- Design and document end-to-end business processes and solution flows using tools such as Lucidchart.
- Build and configure Salesforce Revenue Cloud solutions, including CPQ, invoicing, product catalog management, and transaction workflows.
- Analyze existing Quote-to-Cash processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend scalable improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales Operations, Finance, Legal, IT, and senior leadership.
- Support integration testing and validation across Salesforce and external billing/payment/contract systems.
- Contribute to ongoing solution improvements, documentation, and post-launch optimization.
