Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in product management in K-12 education.
- Direct experience in edtech with understanding of ELA market.
- Demonstrated lifecycle management of digital educational products.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams across content, marketing, and sales.
- Experience developing business cases, market analysis, and competitive positioning.
- Experience gathering feedback from K-12 stakeholders.
- Strong data analysis and interpretation skills.
- Familiarity with K-12 ELA instructional trends (Science of Reading, MTSS, etc.).
- Understanding of budget management and financial forecasting.
- Proficiency with project management tools like Jira, Asana, or Trello.
Responsibilities
- Own the full product lifecycle from ideation to development, launch, and updates.
- Serve as SME on market trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings.
- Define success metrics and monitor product performance to inform roadmap decisions.
- Prioritize roadmap investments and advocate for platform features.
- Manage budgets and financial forecasts for project lines.
- Lead cross-functional execution and mitigate project risks.
- Contribute to marketing/sales collateral development.
- Mentor and coach less experienced team members.
