Requirements

  • 12+ years leading quota-carrying sales teams in GovTech, B2B SaaS, or enterprise tech.
  • Experience managing sales organizations with multiple direct reports.
  • Demonstrated success leading complex sales cycles and formal procurement processes.
  • Strong understanding of forecasting methodologies and pipeline management.
  • Proven track record of delivering measurable revenue growth or quota attainment.
  • Executive presence and ability to represent sales at the leadership level.
  • Experience working cross-functionally across organizations.
  • Experience selling into state and local government agencies (preferred).
  • Experience in Health and Human Services or public sector technology (preferred).
  • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategy for government market business.
  • Increase qualified pipeline generation.
  • Improve sales forecasting, pipeline visibility, and stage management.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of six quota-carrying sales professionals.
  • Support complex opportunities involving multiple stakeholders and formal procurement.
  • Partner with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success on market strategy.
