- Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools, sales forecasting, and pipeline management
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Track record of achieving or exceeding quota
Responsibilities
- Driving new business growth by developing and executing sales strategies that resonate with mid-market customers
- Meeting and exceeding market sales quotas, focusing on midmarket customers
- Coaching and mentoring your team to effectively prospect, present, and close deals with mid-market businesses
- Tracking key sales activity metrics (KPIs) on a weekly basis, including pipeline management, prospecting effectiveness, closing rates, and customer onboarding
- Recruiting, training, and developing top sales talent
- Conducting weekly one-on-one meetings, team meetings, and field visits
- Leveraging data and market insights to refine sales strategies
- Building strong relationships with mid-sized business decision-makers
- Representing Corpay Lodging at industry trade events
- Managing sales team expenditures
