  • Proficiency in CRM tools, sales forecasting, and pipeline management
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Track record of achieving or exceeding quota

Responsibilities

  • Driving new business growth by developing and executing sales strategies that resonate with mid-market customers
  • Meeting and exceeding market sales quotas, focusing on midmarket customers
  • Coaching and mentoring your team to effectively prospect, present, and close deals with mid-market businesses
  • Tracking key sales activity metrics (KPIs) on a weekly basis, including pipeline management, prospecting effectiveness, closing rates, and customer onboarding
  • Recruiting, training, and developing top sales talent
  • Conducting weekly one-on-one meetings, team meetings, and field visits
  • Leveraging data and market insights to refine sales strategies
  • Building strong relationships with mid-sized business decision-makers
  • Representing Corpay Lodging at industry trade events
  • Managing sales team expenditures
