Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in sourcing, recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field.
- Experience in staffing, recruitment agencies, outsourcing, remote staffing, BPO, or high-volume hiring.
- Strong interest in talent sourcing, candidate engagement, and market research.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Basic to intermediate Boolean search skills.
- Experience using LinkedIn, job boards, and social media platforms.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Strong proficiency in Google Workspace.
- Ability to analyze sourcing data and track recruitment metrics.
Responsibilities
- Source candidates for healthcare, offshore, specialized onshore, and bilingual positions.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for language-specific hiring needs.
- Conduct candidate outreach through email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Identify and engage passive candidates for difficult-to-fill positions.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and sourcing activities within the ATS.
- Conduct initial resume reviews and candidate pre-screening activities.
- Conduct basic talent market research and competitor analysis.
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring teams to understand requirements.
- Track sourcing activities and candidate pipeline metrics.
