- 2+ years of experience in a senior, lead, supervisory, or team leadership sourcing role.
- Experience in staffing, recruitment agency, outsourcing, or BPO environments.
- Expertise sourcing healthcare talent and bilingual talent.
- Proven success in sourcing hard-to-fill, niche, and specialized U.S.-based positions.
- Advanced Boolean search and internet sourcing expertise.
- Proficiency with social media and AI-powered sourcing tools.
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Strong reporting, analytics, and data interpretation skills.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies for healthcare, offshore, specialized onshore, and bilingual positions.
- Design scalable sourcing frameworks to improve candidate quality and speed-to-fill.
- Lead talent mapping, market research, and workforce intelligence initiatives.
- Partner with Recruitment Managers to forecast talent demand and create strategic plans.
- Lead sourcing efforts for healthcare operations roles and offshore talent.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and coaching to sourcing team members.
- Conduct sourcing calibrations and best-practice workshops.
- Track and analyze sourcing performance metrics and report to leadership.
