Requirements

- Expertise in hardware installation and software configuration.
- Proficiency in task management platforms (ClickUp, Jira, Trello, Asana, or Monday.com).
- Mastery of Google Workspace.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study.
Responsibilities
- Design and configure local networks including routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Evaluate and select hardware and software assets.
- Perform application deployment and performance optimization.
- Implement cybersecurity defenses and disaster recovery planning.
- Manage help desk services and internal user support.
- Conduct technical training and create user documentation.
- Manage project timelines, scope, and budgets.
- Oversee HR-aligned IT workflows including asset management and account provisioning.
