Requirements
- Demonstrated experience managing technology delivery projects with multi-vendor coordination
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce or comparable retail/POS platforms
- Working knowledge of payment systems, credit card processing, and PCI DSS compliance requirements
- Ability to develop and manage structured project plans
- Strong written communication skills
Responsibilities
- Develop a comprehensive project plan covering discovery, solution design, build, test, migration, and handoff
- Oversee stakeholder execution of tasks
- Submit semi-weekly progress reports to ABS-IT
- Ensure Avanade and NWT maintain PCI DSS compliance
- Deliver stabilization and closeout summaries
- Prepare full support handoff package at project conclusion
