  • 2–5 years of direct project management experience in cross-functional, client-facing initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of service delivery models and annual enrollment cycles.
  • Proficiency with Smartsheet (strongly required), Jira, and related PM tools.
  • Working knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage client-facing projects within a benefits administration environment.
  • Drive projects related to client onboarding, service delivery enhancements, and annual enrollment.
  • Act as a primary project leader identifying risks, managing dependencies, and resolving issues.
  • Ensure client initiatives align with goals for satisfaction and retention.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans using Smartsheet.
  • Apply Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
  • Communicate project status, milestones, and risks to stakeholders.
