- 5–10 years of experience in benefits administration products and platforms.
- 2–5 years of direct project management experience in cross-functional, client-facing initiatives.
- Strong understanding of service delivery models and annual enrollment cycles.
- Proficiency with Smartsheet (strongly required), Jira, and related PM tools.
- Working knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage client-facing projects within a benefits administration environment.
- Drive projects related to client onboarding, service delivery enhancements, and annual enrollment.
- Act as a primary project leader identifying risks, managing dependencies, and resolving issues.
- Ensure client initiatives align with goals for satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans using Smartsheet.
- Apply Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
- Communicate project status, milestones, and risks to stakeholders.
