Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years controls estimation experience
- B.S. Electrical Engineering or Trade School equivalent in PLC/Controls Engineering
- Proficiency drafting electrical designs using AutoCAD
- Knowledge of designing/commissioning/troubleshooting controls systems (e.g., Rockwell, Siemens, GE)
- Experience with performance management
- Ability to manage 3rd party suppliers/vendors and employees
- Ability to travel up to 25%
Responsibilities
- Provide estimation for Controls Scope
- Create electrical controls schematics including wiring diagrams, panel layouts, and safety circuits
- Manage 3rd party suppliers/vendors and direct reports
- Visit customer sites for project kickoffs or pre-sales reviews
- Participate in the development and management of department processes and CAD library
- Maintain knowledge of electrical and safety standards
- Collaborate with project and program managers
