Requirements
- Minimum 4 years' experience on a cross-functional product team.
- Strong UX design practice including research, prototyping, interaction design, and design systems.
- Workshop facilitation experience.
- Experience designing workflows and communicating information to users.
- Comfortable with low-fi sketching and prototyping.
- Ability to articulate design problems and trade-offs.
- Experience working with engineers and technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Figma or Adobe XD.
- Experience experimenting with and adopting AI in workflows.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user and market research to understand personas, use cases, and jobs to be done.
- Synthesise research insights and present findings to team members and leadership.
- Work closely with engineers to grasp technical constraints and creative opportunities.
- Design lean experiments to test hypotheses, measure outcomes, and iterate rapidly.
- Think big picture and guide product vision with collaborators.
- Collaborate with partners in product management, engineering, and leadership to scale the product.
