Requirements
- Minimum 4 years' experience on a cross-functional product team.
- Strong UX design practice in research, prototyping, interaction design, design systems, and workshop facilitation.
- Experience designing workflows and communicating information to users.
- Proficiency with popular UX design tools (e.g., Figma).
- Experience with AI adoption in workflows.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Experience in cybersecurity, SaaS, e-commerce, or productivity software is preferred.
- Strong communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user and market research to understand personas, use cases, and jobs to be done.
- Synthesise research insights and present findings to team members and leadership.
- Work closely with engineers to grasp technical constraints and opportunities for experimentation.
- Design lean experiments to test hypotheses, measure outcomes, and iterate rapidly.
- Think big picture and guide product vision.
- Collaborate with product management, engineering, and Secure Operations leadership.
