Requirements

- Proven habitual use of AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) for daily workflows.
- Strong analytical and technical fluency.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong written communication and synthesis skills.
- Ability to influence cross-functionally without authority.
- Comfort operating in high-velocity startup environments.
Responsibilities
- Build, test, and deploy AI‑powered workflows to improve speed and consistency.
- Prototype solutions using AI tools, no‑code platforms, or scripts.
- Maintain Salesforce hygiene, reporting, and pipeline visibility.
- Support deal operations across Sales, Solutions, Legal, and Finance.
- Prepare Board materials, leadership updates, and quarterly business reviews.
- Partner with FP&A on commercial financial planning and forecast accuracy.
- Manage cross-functional initiatives and institutional documentation.
