Requirements

  • Proven track record of retaining, negotiating, and expanding large, complex enterprise accounts in the US.
  • Experience building partnerships and influencing decisions at the C-suite and executive tier.
  • Ability to build data-backed business cases and analyze performance metrics.
  • Proficiency with enterprise CRMs such as Salesforce and customer success analytics platforms.
  • Experience navigating complex legal and procurement processes within Fortune 500 environments.
  • Direct experience managing accounts within an LMS or VCMS vendor framework.
  • Strong presentation and storytelling skills.
  • Foundational understanding of business, sales, or technology principles.

Responsibilities

  • Architect Enterprise Account Strategy: Design and execute long-term strategic plans for high-value corporate accounts.
  • Build C-Suite & Executive Alliances: Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers including CHROs, CLOs, CTOs, and CIOs.
  • Drive Organizational Alignment & Value Realization: Map client strategies to VCMS/LMS solutions to enable training and knowledge management.
  • Accelerate Revenue Growth: Uncover, qualify, and close high-impact upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Lead High-Value, Complex Negotiations: Structure and finalize enterprise-level renewal agreements and expansion proposals.
  • Orchestrate Cross-Functional Collaboration: Mobilize resources across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
  • Solve Complex Problems & Advocate for Clients: Act as the internal escalation point for critical customer challenges.
  • Synthesize Market Intelligence: Maintain understanding of SaaS trends and competitive dynamics to inform product roadmap.
  • Monitor Performance & Foster Excellence: Track account metrics and provide mentorship to team members.
