Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
- Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in strategic account management or enterprise sales.
- Experience securing and expanding multi-million dollar accounts.
- Hands-on experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or Video Content Management Systems (VCMS).
- Exceptional executive presence and communication skills.
- Strategic thinking, financial acumen, and analytical capabilities.
- Proficiency with advanced CRM systems like Salesforce Enterprise Edition.
- Understanding of operational, financial, and policy dynamics in large organizations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive strategic account plans for assigned clients.
- Cultivate and maintain long-term strategic relationships with key C-suite and executive stakeholders.
- Articulate and position Panopto's LMS and VCMS solutions to drive objectives.
- Identify, qualify, and lead high-impact upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Orchestrate collaboration across internal teams including Product, Marketing, and Customer Success.
- Track and analyze account performance metrics.
- Lead and close complex enterprise-level renewal agreements and expansion proposals.
- Provide high-level guidance and mentorship to team members.
