Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in strategic account management or enterprise sales.
  • Experience securing and expanding multi-million dollar accounts.
  • Hands-on experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or Video Content Management Systems (VCMS).
  • Exceptional executive presence and communication skills.
  • Strategic thinking, financial acumen, and analytical capabilities.
  • Proficiency with advanced CRM systems like Salesforce Enterprise Edition.
  • Understanding of operational, financial, and policy dynamics in large organizations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive strategic account plans for assigned clients.
  • Cultivate and maintain long-term strategic relationships with key C-suite and executive stakeholders.
  • Articulate and position Panopto's LMS and VCMS solutions to drive objectives.
  • Identify, qualify, and lead high-impact upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Orchestrate collaboration across internal teams including Product, Marketing, and Customer Success.
  • Track and analyze account performance metrics.
  • Lead and close complex enterprise-level renewal agreements and expansion proposals.
  • Provide high-level guidance and mentorship to team members.
