- Proven experience owning LinkedIn at scale.
- Track record of running an employee advocacy program.
- Active participation in professional B2B communities.
- Hands-on experience using AI agents and LLM tools in daily workflows.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to define and track social media metrics.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
Responsibilities
- Build on and execute the 2026 social strategy.
- Manage LinkedIn presence and identify new channel opportunities.
- Engage with audiences in professional forums like Reddit, CMO Huddles, and Pavilion.
- Operate an employee advocacy program.
- Perform social/community listening and route actionable intelligence to internal teams.
- Conceive and produce social-native content.
- Develop and manage B2B creator and influencer partnerships.
- Handle brand safety and social media crisis responses.
- Coordinate event social media coverage.
