Requirements

  • Proven experience owning LinkedIn at scale.
  • Track record of running an employee advocacy program.
  • Active participation in professional B2B communities.
  • Hands-on experience using AI agents and LLM tools in daily workflows.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to define and track social media metrics.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

  • Build on and execute the 2026 social strategy.
  • Manage LinkedIn presence and identify new channel opportunities.
  • Engage with audiences in professional forums like Reddit, CMO Huddles, and Pavilion.
  • Operate an employee advocacy program.
