Requirements
- 8+ years of professional experience in frontend, UX, or design-adjacent engineering.
- Track record of leading technical projects end to end.
- Deep expertise in TypeScript and React.
- Experience building and maintaining design systems or shared UI libraries.
- Solid understanding of accessibility (a11y) standards.
- Experience writing well-tested, well-documented UI code.
- Proven ability to collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and engineers.
Responsibilities
- Set technical direction and architecture for core frontend systems.
- Lead major frontend initiatives from requirements through delivery.
- Steward architectural decisions and manage technical/UX debt.
- Design, build, and maintain design systems and component libraries.
- Partner with UX designers to provide feasibility feedback and implementation guidance.
- Champion accessibility standards (WCAG) and operationalize best practices.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure quality across shared systems.
