Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics Engineering, or similar technical field.
- 7+ years experience in product management, product engineering, or a closely related role involving project-based or industrial settings.
- Proven system-level design experience of MW scale power electronics, BESS and related controls equipment.
- Understanding of BESS systems integration with power electronics equipment.
- Project management skills.
- Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical teams.
- Willing to travel up to 20% for product FAT inspection and site commissioning witnessing.
Responsibilities
- Drive the Product Development Process (PDP) by conducting research, gathering customer needs, defining product features and requirements.
- Conduct focused market research and competitor benchmarking.
- Define, manage and communicate product requirements to all other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal partners, engineering, project management, supply chain, and marketing.
- Plan and execute the product launch strategy and develop product messaging.
- Analyze product pricing, costs, and margins to define business strategy.
- Support design review and validation activities.
- Participate in design sprints and product commissioning efforts.
- Define and maintain the product roadmap and end-to-end strategy.
- Lead continuous product improvement of the AI UPS and manage its lifecycle.
