Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS, platform products, data-driven systems, or AI-enabled product environments.
- Proven experience building and shipping enterprise-scale AI, machine learning, or generative AI products.
- Experience with LLMs, RAG architectures, or intelligent automation.
- Strong technical fluency with model evaluation, retrieval systems, agentic workflows, and AI governance.
- Demonstrated ability to define product strategy and translate technical capabilities into business outcomes.
- Experience working closely with engineering and data science teams.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Track record of owning products that drive adoption, retention, or revenue growth.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of AI-powered product capabilities, from ideation and customer discovery through development, deployment, and adoption in production environments.
- Translate emerging AI technologies such as LLMs, retrieval systems, and intelligent automation into scalable healthcare solutions.
- Partner directly with enterprise customers to understand workflow challenges, validate product direction, and ensure solutions deliver measurable improvements.
- Drive roadmap decisions by balancing customer needs, technical feasibility, and business priorities.
- Define and track success metrics tied to adoption, revenue impact, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams on system design, architecture tradeoffs, and production readiness.
- Mentor and influence product practices across the organization.
