Requirements
- 7+ years of product management experience
- Proven ownership of 0-to-1 products reaching scale or commercial adoption
- Experience building or scaling marketplace, workforce, SaaS, or talent-related platforms
- Ability to operate in highly ambiguous environments
- Ability to write clear, execution-ready product specifications
- Strong analytical skills to define success metrics
- Experience collaborating with go-to-market teams (Sales, Partnerships, or Customer Success) in B2B contexts
- Familiarity with AI tools and workflows
Responsibilities
- Define and own the product vision and roadmap for the AI Corps platform
- Build and iterate the full lifecycle experience across fellows, enterprise partners, and internal teams
- Establish core product metrics and ensure continuous measurement of platform quality
- Lead product discovery with enterprise customers and internal stakeholders
- Translate requirements into product specifications, prototypes, and shipped features
- Design experiments and feedback loops to test assumptions
- Serve as the connective layer between revenue, curriculum, and engineering teams
- Shape enterprise workforce training products
