Requirements
- 8–10+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology.
- Prior experience with case management or practice management software, legal operations concepts, and legal technology.
- Proven track record of owning and delivering complex, high-impact products or platforms.
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to connect product decisions to business outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive alignment without direct authority.
- Deep experience in product discovery, roadmap planning, and agile execution.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive prioritization and measure success.
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
Responsibilities
- Own strategy and roadmap for a major product area or cross-product initiative.
- Translate company vision into clear product direction and growth opportunities.
- Develop expertise in legal operations, enterprise SaaS, and AI-driven workflows.
- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to delivery.
- Act as connective tissue across Product, Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
- Define and own success metrics tied to business outcomes.
- Collaborate with engineering to shape scalable, extensible platform capabilities.
- Serve as internal thought leader and mentor other PMs.
