- Fluent in modern marketing tools and technologies.
- Highly analytical with ability to connect activity to business outcomes.
- Experience as a people leader.
- Strong cross-functional partnership and communication skills.
- Strong blend of creative ambition and operational discipline.
Responsibilities
- Define and lead the long-term influencer vision and roadmap.
- Architect 360° influencer programs across key campaigns.
- Build and manage a high-impact creator ecosystem.
- Lead agency partners and investment with a focus on performance.
- Establish measurement frameworks connecting influencer activity to business outcomes.
- Set the vision for a culture-first, brand-rooted social ecosystem.
- Define channel roles across owned, influencer, and paid social.
- Partner with Creative to evolve a distinct, ownable brand voice.
- Identify and implement tools and automation for scalability.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
