Responsibilities

  • Define and lead the long-term influencer vision and roadmap.
  • Architect 360° influencer programs across key campaigns.
  • Build and manage a high-impact creator ecosystem.
  • Lead agency partners and investment with a focus on performance.
  • Establish measurement frameworks connecting influencer activity to business outcomes.
  • Set the vision for a culture-first, brand-rooted social ecosystem.
  • Define channel roles across owned, influencer, and paid social.
  • Partner with Creative to evolve a distinct, ownable brand voice.
  • Identify and implement tools and automation for scalability.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
