Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in billing or revenue operations in a SaaS/subscription company
- Extensive, hands-on experience with Zuora
- Foundational knowledge of ASC 606 revenue recognition principles
- Demonstrated ability to use AI tools for finance or operations
- Strong proficiency in contract interpretation for billing setup
- Experience navigating interconnected systems like Salesforce
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business preferred
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end billing operations for a global customer base
- Serve as the internal subject matter expert on Zuora
- Support month-end close activities and revenue recognition
- Manage accounts receivable and collections processes
- Leverage AI tools for billing automation and anomaly detection
- Review customer agreements and advise on billing/revenue implications
- Act as a point of contact for billing-related customer inquiries
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Legal on billing processes
