- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
- Deep understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, and conversion metrics.
- Experience in high-ticket or project-based sales (e.g., home services, construction, remodeling).
- Experience coaching or developing salespeople in a multi-location or franchise environment.
- Strong ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into strategies.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influence skills.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in CRM systems and performance tracking tools.
- Ability to travel up to 30% for in-field coaching.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with up to 30 franchisees.
- Conduct comprehensive business and sales assessments to identify performance gaps.
- Drive same-store sales growth by coaching on effective sales strategies.
- Own and optimize the sales funnel from lead intake through close.
- Conduct regular pipeline reviews and analyze key sales metrics.
- Provide hands-on coaching through ride-alongs, role play, and field visits.
- Train franchise owners on leadership, sales management, and business strategy.
- Evaluate franchise operations and provide financial analysis and P&L support.
- Support new franchisee onboarding and brand initiative programs.
