  • Experience in high-ticket or project-based sales (e.g., home services, construction, remodeling).
  • Experience coaching or developing salespeople in a multi-location or franchise environment.
  • Strong ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into strategies.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influence skills.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in CRM systems and performance tracking tools.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% for in-field coaching.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with up to 30 franchisees.
  • Conduct comprehensive business and sales assessments to identify performance gaps.
  • Drive same-store sales growth by coaching on effective sales strategies.
  • Own and optimize the sales funnel from lead intake through close.
  • Conduct regular pipeline reviews and analyze key sales metrics.
  • Provide hands-on coaching through ride-alongs, role play, and field visits.
  • Train franchise owners on leadership, sales management, and business strategy.
  • Evaluate franchise operations and provide financial analysis and P&L support.
  • Support new franchisee onboarding and brand initiative programs.
