Requirements
- Must be a licensed independent mental health professional (LCSW, LPC, or LMHC)
- Strong clinical skills in evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT or ACT
- Interest in working with autistic or neurodivergent adults
- Comfort with technology and virtual care platforms (Zoom, EHR, Slack)
- Excellent communication skills
- Commitment to client-centered, neurodiversity-affirming care
- Telehealth experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based therapy to autistic and neurodivergent adults via telehealth
- Maintain a consistent caseload based on full-time or part-time availability
- Engage in weekly drop-ins and tight-knit clinical community
- Participate in regular peer consultation and specialized training
- Attend monthly case conferences
- Utilize EHR and communication platforms for clinical documentation and teamwork
