Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in patient advocacy, healthcare operations, or customer escalations.
  • Exceptional emotional intelligence and conflict de-escalation skills.
  • Project management mindset with ability to manage deadlines and cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in CRM, EHR, or ticketing systems.
  • Comfort using Slack and Google Workspace.
  • Ability to perform systems thinking to improve processes.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and harvest complaints from all channels.
  • Log complaints into central systems with severity and risk details.
  • Act as the primary patient-facing contact for investigation and resolution.
  • Coordinate with Clinical, Refund, Legal, and Operations pods to resolve cases.
  • Communicate final decisions and service recovery efforts to patients.
  • Perform meticulous documentation of case outcomes and closure details.
  • Analyze trends and monitor KPIs to drive continuous process improvements.
