Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in patient advocacy, healthcare operations, or customer escalations.
- Exceptional emotional intelligence and conflict de-escalation skills.
- Project management mindset with ability to manage deadlines and cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in CRM, EHR, or ticketing systems.
- Comfort using Slack and Google Workspace.
- Ability to perform systems thinking to improve processes.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and harvest complaints from all channels.
- Log complaints into central systems with severity and risk details.
- Act as the primary patient-facing contact for investigation and resolution.
- Coordinate with Clinical, Refund, Legal, and Operations pods to resolve cases.
- Communicate final decisions and service recovery efforts to patients.
- Perform meticulous documentation of case outcomes and closure details.
- Analyze trends and monitor KPIs to drive continuous process improvements.
