  • Strong written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, project-based environment.
  • Degree in HR, business administration, management, communications, or psychology.
  • Familiarity with HRIS tools like Workday, ADP, BambooHR, or similar.

Responsibilities

  • Review HR scenarios involving recruiting workflows, candidate screening, and onboarding steps.
  • Evaluate HR outputs against documented criteria and role requirements.
  • Support structured review of hiring materials, employee documentation, and administrative handoffs.
  • Identify process gaps, missing information, and documentation issues.
  • Review payroll administration, benefits enrollment, and employee records.
  • Evaluate payroll and benefits materials against internal policies and system records.
  • Prepare clear written feedback based on verifiable criteria.
  • Review HR policy compliance and workplace procedures for clarity and consistency.
  • Maintain professional judgment and accuracy across project work.
