Requirements

- Background in recruiting, employee onboarding, HRIS administration, or compliance.
- Familiarity with workflows involving offer letters, onboarding checklists, and benefits enrollment.
- Comfort reading and preparing HR artifacts such as job materials and policy notes.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, project-based environment.
- Degree in HR, business administration, management, communications, or psychology.
- Familiarity with HRIS tools like Workday, ADP, BambooHR, or similar.
Responsibilities
- Review HR scenarios involving recruiting workflows, candidate screening, and onboarding steps.
- Evaluate HR outputs against documented criteria and role requirements.
- Support structured review of hiring materials, employee documentation, and administrative handoffs.
- Identify process gaps, missing information, and documentation issues.
- Review payroll administration, benefits enrollment, and employee records.
- Evaluate payroll and benefits materials against internal policies and system records.
- Prepare clear written feedback based on verifiable criteria.
- Review HR policy compliance and workplace procedures for clarity and consistency.
- Maintain professional judgment and accuracy across project work.
