Requirements

  • 3+ years of marketing experience with hands-on event planning and execution.
  • Proven track record managing the full event lifecycle.
  • Experience managing co-marketing or partner marketing relationships, ideally in a SaaS or ecommerce context.
  • Strong HubSpot skills including list management, automation, and reporting.
  • Experience with project management tools like Asana.
  • Analytical mindset for tracking campaign attribution and pipeline contribution.
  • Excellent written communication skills for marketing copy.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent programs.
  • Familiarity with the Shopify ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage Okendo's events calendar across all formats including happy hours, dinners, trade shows, and webinars.
  • Manage end-to-end logistics including venue sourcing, vendor coordination, budget tracking, and registration.
  • Lead webinar programs from speaker coordination through to promotional execution and post-event follow-up.
  • Coordinate post-event follow-up using HubSpot automation and collaborate with Sales for lead outreach.
  • Track campaign attribution and report on sales-qualified leads and pipeline influenced.
  • Manage co-marketing relationships with Shopify ecosystem partners.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Creative, Sales, and Revenue Operations teams.
