Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant experience in Product or Strategic Partnership Management
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Strong analytical skills
- Proficiency in data tools like SQL, Tableau, and other platforms
- Ability to leverage data to inform critical decisions
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and resilience
- Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities
- Experience delivering executive-level communications
- Track record of leading cross-functional decision-making to develop, deploy, and scale innovative products
Responsibilities
- Lead optimization strategies with external partners to grow revenue, reduce costs and deliver results for our customers
- Leverage domain expertise to craft a vision and prioritize a roadmap for a suite of products
- Influence the development of products that are reliable, scalable, and secure
- Align stakeholders, technical leaders, and other product managers on roadmap and go-to-market plans
- Develop, monitor, and synthesize business and adoption metrics
- Create a feedback loop from customer signals into the product roadmap
- Mentor other product experts to maintain a higher bar for collective product quality
- Contribute to hiring and retaining the best contributors
- Create and maintain frameworks for managing bugs, feature requests, and product lifecycle processes
- Provide operational leadership for cross-functional programs
