Requirements
- 3+ years of product management experience in SaaS with complex enterprise products.
- Experience as a Product Manager working on AI-powered products, AI workflows, or data & insights platforms.
- Full product development lifecycle experience.
- Experience driving strategy and execution for complex, integrated software ecosystems.
- Experience using AI tools to synthesize qualitative research into structured themes.
- Experience prototyping product concepts or workflows using AI tools.
- Proven use of AI to accelerate documentation workflows (PRDs, release notes).
- Proficiency in product analytics tools and data-driven decision-making.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts.
- Experience collaborating with large clients in the commerce space.
Responsibilities
- Own product strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for a key area of the commerce platform.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and cross-functional teams to drive business processes and operations.
- Drive roadmap prioritization, scope, sequencing, and trade-offs.
- Lead end-to-end development from concept to launch (PRDs, prioritization, client discussions, QA).
- Use AI tools to prototype concepts, validate workflows, and accelerate documentation.
- Track development progress and manage release cycles.
- Act as the voice of the client, triaging requests and building trust-based relationships.
- Influence cross-functional stakeholders (designers, engineers) for high-velocity delivery.
- Perform AI-assisted data exploration and analysis to support evidence-based decisions.
