Requirements
- 1–4 years in marketing operations, affiliate/performance marketing, or account management.
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- Strong attention to detail with financial records and contracts.
- Ability to track multiple workstreams.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets including formulas and pivot tables.
- Comfort with data reconciliation and record-keeping.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Ability to learn new platforms (e.g., Voluum, Ironclad, WordPress).
Responsibilities
- Process lender-initiated compliance updates across landing pages and internal systems.
- Build, maintain, and analyze marketing reports and Google Sheets dashboards.
- Manage landing page content and lender placement within the marketplace.
- Execute affiliate marketing operations in Voluum including campaign setup and tracking.
- Reconcile partner billing, validate invoices, and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain lender payout rates and revenue terms in internal systems.
- Manage the partner contract lifecycle in Ironclad.
- Serve as a key operational hub for cross-functional teams.
