- Operations experience with technology-based processes.

- Computer literacy and strong typing skills.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection required for remote work.
Responsibilities
- Intake new cases, verify information, and enter data into the AccessDS system.
- Assign and schedule cases to appropriate physicians based on location, availability, and client guidelines.
- Perform conflict of interest checks for physician assignments.
- Monitor, process, and track cases to ensure deadlines are met.
- Conduct quality audits of medical reports to ensure all client questions are addressed.
- Follow up with reviewers and clients for clarifications.
- Update clients frequently on referral progress.
- Format reports for approval and ensure adherence to QA checklists.
