- Minimum 5 years of experience in a selling or alliance management role specifically focused on GSIs.
- Consistent history of quota overachievement.
- Deep command of pipeline metrics and KPIs.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Experience in SaaS or early-growth technology environments (preferred).
- BA/BS degree (preferred).
- Ability to travel regularly within the Western region.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Global Alliance Managers to localize strategies and deploy high-impact sales plays.
- Lead the co-sell motion from opportunity creation to close.
- Maintain pipeline hygiene in Salesforce and track KPIs.
- Drive local enablement sessions and build relationships across the GSI ecosystem.
- Orchestrate partner- and customer-facing events.
- Coordinate across internal sales, alliances, and services teams for a unified GTM approach.
