- Proven experience recruiting quota-carrying sales reps and GTM leaders.
- Expertise in proactive sourcing, including Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Experience in fast-paced startup or growth environments.
- Proficiency in integrating AI tools into daily recruiting operations.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent requisitions.
- Direct communication style with hiring managers and candidates.
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting for enterprise AEs, SDRs, Sales Managers, and GTM leadership.
- Proactively build pipelines through sourcing and creative outreach.
- Manage end-to-end hiring process from sourcing through close.
- Partner with GTM leadership to define and maintain high hiring bars.
- Utilize AI tools daily for sourcing, screening, researching, and scheduling.
- Maintain organized workflows during high req volume.
