Requirements
- 5-7 years in Supply Chain Logistics, Supply Planning or Deployment planning
- Experience in D365 and Kinaxis Rapid Response
- Advanced Excel skills highly preferred
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear actions
- Detail-oriented with strong ownership and follow-through
- Proactive problem solver who can quickly assess risks
- Strong communicator who partners effectively across functions
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Responsibilities
- Own deployment and allocation planning across multiple distribution centers, co-packers and warehouses
- Translate supply plans and customer forecasts into actionable deployment plans
- Monitor and respond to supply/demand imbalances, short-dated inventory, and network constraints
- Optimize inventory levels across sites to achieve target service levels
- Collaborate closely with demand planners, production planners, logistics, customer service, and warehouse operations
- Manage allocation logic for constrained supply scenarios
- Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance network flow
- Maintain master data related to deployment rules, lead times, and transit lanes
- Analyze KPIs such as fill rate, inventory turns, deployment adherence, and in-stock metrics
