Requirements

  • 8 to 12 years in B2B marketing experience.
  • Track record of moving from hands-on campaign execution into systems-level strategy, demand leadership, or marketing operations.
  • Experience owning or deeply managing marketing operations and a marketing technology stack.
  • Deep fluency in channel-led and partner-led GTM models, including multi-tier distribution and MDF strategy.
  • Proven experience collaborating with global field marketing teams.
  • Advanced proficiency with modern marketing tools including intent data, ABM platforms, marketing automation, CRM, and AI agents.
  • Strong data literacy with ability to build attribution models and diagnose pipeline performance.
  • Demonstrated experience in team leadership and talent development across multiple functional areas.

Responsibilities

  • Design and own SonicWall's global demand engine, integrating data, technology, media, and AI workflows.
  • Manage the marketing operations function, including people, processes, systems, and data infrastructure.
  • Govern and evolve the digital marketing stack to provide a structural advantage for pipeline creation.
  • Develop channel-integrated demand strategies to activate distributors, resellers, and managed service providers.
  • Partner with global field marketing to ensure demand systems support regional activation.
  • Lead Integrated Marketing Managers and the Marketing Operations team, coaching on demand strategy and systems thinking.
  • Define instrumentation and measurement frameworks, including pipeline attribution models.
  • Drive quarterly GTM planning cadences across global marketing functions.
