Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field (Software, Mechanical, Electrical, Systems Engineering, or related).
- Minimum five years of relevant experience in the renewable energy industry.
- Strong understanding of the utility-scale renewable energy sector (BESS, Solar PV, Wind).
- Experience working with software platforms and digital solutions for IPPs and asset managers.
- Demonstrated knowledge of the renewable energy ecosystem (utilities, EPCs, O&M, hardware/software vendors).
- Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills.
- Consultative mindset with ability to translate business needs into practical solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team in technical presentations, demos, proof-of-value and RFP responses.
- Align technical solutions with business objectives.
- Define the Solution Scope for each prospect to integrate Power Factors applications with client systems.
- Lead technical discussions, presentations, and negotiations with clients.
- Manage large or complex projects and serve as a primary technical point of contact.
- Act as a technical liaison between the client and our product and engineering teams.
- Provide training and support to clients during the implementation process of proofs of value.
- Develop customer facing documentation addressed to both non-technical and technical audiences.
