Requirements
- Proven experience as a product leader and people manager.
- Experience coaching and developing product management talent.
- Demonstrated ability to handle operational complexity and messy, cross-functional domains.
- Strong product judgment and ability to manage tradeoffs.
- Pragmatic approach to AI and automation implementation.
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional alignment.
- Ownership mindset with high quality standards.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Bonus: Background in customer support platforms, internal tools, or workflow systems.
Responsibilities
- Set the vision and strategy for Agent Experience and define roadmap.
- Manage and coach a team of 2 PMs.
- Lead high-impact, ambiguous 0-to-1 product initiatives.
- Drive AI-first transformation for servicing efficiency.
- Partner with Operations leaders to translate pain points into product strategy.
- Create structure for complex portfolios and make tradeoffs.
- Build scalable, durable systems for long-term growth.
- Manage and instrument business impact via metrics and experimentation.
- Align stakeholders across Engineering, Design, Analytics, Legal, and Compliance.
