Requirements
- Understanding of enterprise learning ecosystems, business workflows, and buyer motivations.
- Demonstrated ability to turn technical updates into benefit-driven value statements.
- Commercial metrics orientation (tracking pipeline, win rates, and content utilization).
- History of successful cross-functional orchestration with Product, Sales, and Customer Success.
- Experience in enterprise software, especially LMS/LXP or knowledge systems.
- Hands-on experience positioning AI capabilities.
- Experience with Product-Led Growth (PLG) models.
- Portfolio of successful entry tactics into new corporate or regulated segments.
Responsibilities
- Build intelligence on how Operations, Safety, Compliance, and Risk leaders buy.
- Decode buyer personas and metrics to shape narratives.
- Refine value proposition for enterprise use cases and new verticals.
- Launch targeted campaigns with Demand Generation to drive pipeline.
- Equip sales teams with battlecards, playbooks, and narratives.
- Collaborate with Product and Customer Experience teams.
- Audit corporate messaging assets and establish feedback loops with Sales and Success.
- Direct corporate-focused product launches.
