Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Business Operations, Revenue Operations, Consulting, Strategy, Product Operations, Project Management, Chief of Staff, or Executive Business Partner roles
- Experience in SaaS or technology companies
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar systems
- Experience using AI tools and workflow automation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to challenge assumptions respectfully
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary operational partner to the SVP of Growth & Global Operations
- Prepare meeting briefs, agendas, summaries, action items, and follow-ups
- Track company initiatives, timelines, owners, and deliverables
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across Sales, Marketing, Product, and CS
- Build and maintain dashboards and operational analyses
- Gather data from multiple teams and synthesize insights for leadership
- Leverage AI, automation, and business systems to improve efficiency
