  • Demonstrated expertise in contract negotiation.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, and SalesLoft.
  • Strong discovery, objection-handling, and closing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Resilience and ability to handle frequent rejection.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to qualified inbound leads with urgency within the first hour.
  • Drive the entire sales process from prospecting to contract execution.
  • Identify, engage, and convert new opportunities through targeted account-based approaches.
  • Deliver solution-oriented presentations.
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline using CRM and sales tools.
  • Partner with marketing, product, and customer care teams.
  • Provide actionable insights to leadership on industry trends and client feedback.
  • Report on sales performance and pipeline progress.
  • Serve as a team expert in a specialty area.
