- Knowledge of sales pipeline math.
- Demonstrated expertise in contract negotiation.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, and SalesLoft.
- Strong discovery, objection-handling, and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Resilience and ability to handle frequent rejection.
Responsibilities
- Respond to qualified inbound leads with urgency within the first hour.
- Drive the entire sales process from prospecting to contract execution.
- Identify, engage, and convert new opportunities through targeted account-based approaches.
- Deliver solution-oriented presentations.
- Build and manage a robust pipeline using CRM and sales tools.
- Partner with marketing, product, and customer care teams.
- Provide actionable insights to leadership on industry trends and client feedback.
- Report on sales performance and pipeline progress.
- Serve as a team expert in a specialty area.
