Requirements

  • 2-3 years experience in frontline customer support
  • Experience in financial or service industry preferred
  • Passion for solving complex problems and delivering outstanding customer experience
  • Adaptable and resilient in a quickly changing environment
  • Strong multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills
  • Fast internet connection (minimum 5mbps broadband)
  • Knowledge or interest in blockchain/digital assets/fin-tech
  • Ability to work flexible hours and shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound inquiries and outbound communication via chats, emails, and calls
  • Independently provide accurate information to resolve customer issues
  • Continuously update knowledge to support customer service operations
  • Escalate issues to team leaders and relevant departments
  • Adhere to Quality Assurance standards
  • Comply with schedules set by the Team Leader
  • Assist in process preparation as assigned
  • Display positive team working attitude and behavior
