Requirements
- 2-3 years experience in frontline customer support
- Experience in financial or service industry preferred
- Passion for solving complex problems and delivering outstanding customer experience
- Adaptable and resilient in a quickly changing environment
- Strong multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills
- Fast internet connection (minimum 5mbps broadband)
- Knowledge or interest in blockchain/digital assets/fin-tech
- Ability to work flexible hours and shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound inquiries and outbound communication via chats, emails, and calls
- Independently provide accurate information to resolve customer issues
- Continuously update knowledge to support customer service operations
- Escalate issues to team leaders and relevant departments
- Adhere to Quality Assurance standards
- Comply with schedules set by the Team Leader
- Assist in process preparation as assigned
- Display positive team working attitude and behavior
