Requirements

  • 7+ years of client services management experience.
  • Proven experience in marketing attribution, media mix modeling, or in-market experimentation.
  • Familiarity with ad-tech and MarTech platforms (e.g., GA, Facebook).
  • Experience managing complex engagements focused on marketing measurement.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Minimum BA/BS degree.
  • Ability to work independently and manage ambiguity.

Responsibilities

  • Own gross and net revenue retention for a portfolio of 10+ brands.
  • Manage daily client relationships across multiple seniority levels.
  • Drive adoption of Measured products and services.
  • Interpret marketing performance reviews and provide budget recommendations.
  • Design and interpret in-market media experiments.
  • Provide product feedback based on client use cases.
  • Deliver client training curriculum.
