Requirements
- 7+ years of client services management experience.
- Proven experience in marketing attribution, media mix modeling, or in-market experimentation.
- Familiarity with ad-tech and MarTech platforms (e.g., GA, Facebook).
- Experience managing complex engagements focused on marketing measurement.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Minimum BA/BS degree.
- Ability to work independently and manage ambiguity.
Responsibilities
- Own gross and net revenue retention for a portfolio of 10+ brands.
- Manage daily client relationships across multiple seniority levels.
- Drive adoption of Measured products and services.
- Interpret marketing performance reviews and provide budget recommendations.
- Design and interpret in-market media experiments.
- Provide product feedback based on client use cases.
- Deliver client training curriculum.
