Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare consulting, commercial, or client-facing roles.
  • Deep knowledge of biopharmaceutical marketing, managed markets, or distribution channels.
  • Advanced quantitative analysis skills.
  • Expert-level proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven experience building and maintaining strategic customer relationships.
  • Familiarity with healthcare data sources (transactional, clinical, behavioral).
  • Direct experience with Hub or Specialty Pharmacy data is strongly preferred.
  • MBA or relevant graduate-level degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of customer accountability for success and value realization.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with executive sponsors and operational teams.
  • Partner with Implementation and Delivery teams to align on objectives during onboarding.
  • Lead ongoing partnership post-launch, monitoring account health and managing risks.
  • Advocate for customer priorities internally and provide visibility into requests.
  • Drive solution adoption and identify opportunities to leverage data for business impact.
  • Lead customer-facing meetings including status updates and business reviews.
  • Partner with Product to provide input on roadmap planning and feature prioritization.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on commercial data to support strategic recommendations.
