Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in operations, account management, marketing operations, or platform integrations.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools, particularly Salesforce.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical and non-technical requirements clearly.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to identify issues, ask the right questions, and propose solutions independently.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with experience managing both short-term tasks and long-term projects.
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, changing environment with shifting priorities.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and process accuracy.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and review external publisher email campaigns, ensuring content compliance, approvals, and proper integration requirements are met.
  • Support social media campaign execution for external publishers, including tracking setup, account requirements, and approval workflows.
  • Manage scheduling, communication, and execution of product updates for credit card-related clients.
  • Execute product updates through manual processes or automated API-based systems, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Assist in onboarding new external publisher accounts, including tracking link creation, account setup, and compliance documentation.
  • Contribute to the development of training materials for publishers related to integration processes, compliance standards, and operational guidelines.
  • Collaborate with client and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and successful campaign launches.
  • Partner with operations leadership on process improvement initiatives and automation opportunities.
  • Support ongoing operational requests such as data validation, compliance audits, rate changes, and documentation updates.
