- Bachelor’s Degree.
- 6+ years of relevant experience (e.g., investment banking, corporate development, private equity, venture capital, management consulting).
- Strategic, analytical, and driven mindset.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and valuation.
- Broad quantitative analysis skills.
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional senior executives.
Responsibilities
- Participate in all aspects of the deal cycle (sourcing, evaluation, analysis, valuation, due diligence, structuring, negotiation, and integration).
- Build and maintain relationships with leaders at emerging/established companies, investment banks, venture capital, and private equity firms.
- Coordinate diligence, deal execution, and integration across operations, engineering, product, finance, accounting, and legal teams.
- Identify, research, and recommend industries, companies, and technologies for M&A or investment evaluation.
- Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, and presentations tracking industry trends and prospective opportunities.
- Support cross-functional capital markets and financing efforts.
