Requirements
- 6–10+ years of experience in corporate development, M&A, financial analysis, or deal/project execution roles
- Strong financial acumen with ability to evaluate small to mid-sized businesses
- Proven experience managing multiple deals or complex projects simultaneously
- Experience building or contributing to acquisition pipelines
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in multi-location or service-based industries preferred
- Exposure to private equity, roll-up strategies, or transaction-heavy environments preferred
- Familiarity with working alongside brokers, sellers, and legal partners
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, or related field preferred
Responsibilities
- Build and manage a high-volume acquisition pipeline
- Conduct financial analysis of target businesses to assess performance, valuation, and deal structure
- Prepare investment memos, deal summaries, and decision-support materials
- Manage end-to-end deal execution from initial evaluation through closing
- Coordinate with brokers, sellers, legal advisors, and internal stakeholders
- Lead post-close integration efforts
- Track acquisition KPIs, pipeline performance, and deal milestones
- Continuously improve deal sourcing, evaluation, and execution processes
