Responsibilities

  • Serve as subject matter expert on general corporate and securities matters.
  • Support growth and facilitate transactions, including drafting agreements, leading negotiations, and supervising due diligence.
  • Advise leaders on transaction structuring, legal issue identification, and risk mitigation.
  • Conduct legal research and provide written opinions for management.
  • Support corporate governance processes and board/committee materials preparation.
  • Oversee entity management, structuring, and compliance.
  • Provide legal support on commercial finance and tax matters.
  • Act as a liaison between management and internal/external legal experts.
