Requirements
- Licensed Attorney holding a J.D.
- 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities
- Serve as subject matter expert on general corporate and securities matters.
- Support growth and facilitate transactions, including drafting agreements, leading negotiations, and supervising due diligence.
- Advise leaders on transaction structuring, legal issue identification, and risk mitigation.
- Conduct legal research and provide written opinions for management.
- Support corporate governance processes and board/committee materials preparation.
- Oversee entity management, structuring, and compliance.
- Provide legal support on commercial finance and tax matters.
- Act as a liaison between management and internal/external legal experts.
